With our inspiring views and tranquil setting Scotlyn Ranch is the perfect backdrop to make your wedding the most memorable occasion that will be remembered by you and your guests for years to come.
We will provide the most attentive service and take care of even the smallest details to make it a day to cherish so that you and your guests can relax and enjoy your special day. Our specialist staff will take care of your every need whilst guiding you through everything from flowers to menu so that you can create the wedding of your dreams.
For the Ultimate Destination Wedding, we recommend four days of exclusive booking of the resort. We can take care of everything for you. Your Bachelor and Bachelorette parties can include horseback adventures, a jet boat trip in Hell’s Canyon, fishing, shooting, or any of the many all-inclusive activities provided here at Scotlyn Ranch Resort. Our vacation specialists can customize your special event to meet your every desire.
All options are on the table, you can design your itinerary any way you choose, however a sample itinerary could look like this:
Wednesday
Arrival of bride and groom parties, airport pickup and transfer to Scotlyn Ranch Resort. Happy hour followed by five course dinner and drinks.
Thursday: Bridal Party – Horseback tour of the ranch followed by lunch and then spa day – full spa services: massage, manicure, pedicure, and facials. Groom Party: A Jet Boat trip in Hell’s Canyon or Whitewater Rafting on the Lochsa. Five course dinner to follow both events.
Friday
Arrival of friends and family will occur today. Bride and Groom parties will take the Extreme ATV/UTV Canyon Adventure and get the opportunity for once in a lifetime photo opportunities at many of the most scenic spots on the ranch for their wedding photos. Depending on arrival time, friends and family will enjoy skeet shooting, sporting clays, or many of our other activities we have around the Lodge. Happy Hour with appetizers back at the resort and Rehearsal Dinner to follow.
Saturday
THE DAY! This is YOUR day! You decide what you want to do. Whether the bride wishes to enjoy being pampered with spa services and mimosas or prefers to take an adventure, the world is your oyster. Same with the guys! UNTIL… It is time… The wedding will be held in a venue of our resort at your choosing. Depending on the size of your group and the weather, we can hold it in the Lodge, at Wedding Point, or even more exotic locations. Bride wishes to arrive on horseback? We can do that! Helicopter? We can do that! Seriously, at Scotlyn Ranch Resort, you have an absolutely amazing place, with incredible scenery and accommodations that you can literally have a wedding of your dreams. At the end of the night you will meet your room with a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries for a romantic finish to the evening of your first day as husband and wife.
Sunday
Our newly married couple will greet the day with Eggs Benedict, Mimosas or Bloody Marys (or anything else they desire!) and luxury transportation will be provided to take them to the airport on their way to their honeymoon. The rest of the guests will also receive a gourmet breakfast and transportation back to the airport.
