Guest Experiences

The Scotlyn Ranch guest experience is unique. Unlike other vacation destinations such as Dude Ranches or typical guest ranches, there is no set schedule or list of activities. You are coming to a private family ranch and we want you to feel at home. Scott and Jaclyn live on the ranch in a home that is approximately a mile from the lodge. We want you to feel like family, but you will also have the privacy to enjoy your own family in comfort surrounded by beautiful scenery. Our staff will make sure you are well taken care of and our personal chef will customize a menu for your family taking into account your personal meal preferences and any dietary restrictions or allergies.

Your vacation will be custom tailored to your desires with the freedom to choose the activities and schedule that you want to do when you want to do them. We have a variety of accommodations including our lodge rooms as well as our cabins. Depending on the size and nature of your group we can recommend the best options for you. We are flexible in our scheduling, but we try not to book families with kids at the same time as all adult groups. We have found that booking families with other families and adult groups with other adult groups tend to provide the best experience for our guests.
