There is a public 9 hole golf course in Grangeville, roughly 25 minutes from the ranch. They have set up multiple tee boxes to make for 18 hole play. If your perfect vacation includes a round or two of golf, the Grangeville Golf and Country Club, while far from being a TPC course, is well maintained, has golf carts and rental clubs available, and can make for a very enjoyable morning or afternoon. Personal Note: Don’t let the cheap prices scare you off. I have played lots of top notch TPC golf courses in Texas, Georgia, and Florida, and yes… this isn’t that. But for a rural, small town golf course, the board of directors and clubhouse managers do a really good job and it is quite nice and very well maintained.
